I wish for ...

My Earthday Wishes

I went to Brookside Gardens (in Wheaton, Maryland) today (again :-)). For some reason, the weather is cold, and hopefully this is the last round!!!!

Today is the 'Earth Day', when I strolled along the garden, a little girl stopped me for writing any wishes or pledges in a tiny tag then stick on the tree.

What will be your wish for our beloved earth?

Somebody's pledge

Make a wish

Stick it on a weeping cherry tree

The garden is so pretty today. It is so green, spring green, so bright, so new and so refreshing. Flowers are blooming everywhere. Azalea is in line to bloom a few days from now.

Last picture, the same view as I took last year. The only different is my mom was sitting on that bench.

I wish for more trees.
I wish for more flowers.
I wish for more love.
I wish for more peace.

Cold and windy

So cold and windy today.
I went out to shoot (photos of) some flowers but gave up.

Somebody is let go today.
It happens so many times in my life (here)
and I still not get used to the way it is (here).

So cold and windy,
both outside and inside.

ps. This is the best shot that I have today, like I said, it is so cold and windy.

In the morning light

Wednesday morning,
I wake up and look outside.

A room with a view,
a crap apple flower in the morning light.

Good Morning

In front of my house, there is one Liset (if I am not wrong), a crab apple tree.
Every year, after cherry blossom has gone, it is Liset time.

The sun shines into my bedroom in the morning. In Spring, I have less and less light because leaves and flowers grow bigger and bigger.

This morning, Liset is in full bloom and I wake up in the pink light.

It is how the flowers say Good Morning to me. Is that lovely?
